  "text": "INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS\nMade 6th March 1990\nLaid before Parliament 9th March 1990\nComing into force 1st April 1990\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs 1 and 6A of Schedule 9 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 and with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby makes the following Order:—",
