  "text": "The provisions of Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 with respect to—\n(a) the administration of oaths and the taking of affirmations,\n(b) the correction in awards of mistakes and errors,\n(c) the summoning, attendance and examination of witnesses and the production of documents, and\n(d) the costs of the reference and award,\nshall, with any necessary modifications, apply in respect of such proceedings but, except as provided by this paragraph, the provisions of that Part shall not apply to any such proceedings.",
