# The Information about People with Significant Control (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 37: Consequential and miscellaneous amendment to the Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009

In regulation 9(1) of the Companies (Disclosure of Address Regulations) 2009—
(a) insert after sub-paragraph (d)—
“(da) as a service address in a statement of initial significant control delivered to the registrar under regulations 5 to 10 or 85 of the SEs Regulations;”, and
(b) omit sub-paragraph (f).
