  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the day appointed for the coming into force of section 50 (onshore hydraulic fracturing: safeguards) of the Act is 30th July 2015.\n(2) Section 50 comes into force only for the purposes of the insertion of the following provisions in the Petroleum Act 1998—\n(a) section 4B(4);\n(b) section 4B(5);\n(c) section 4B(6);\n(d) section 4B(7).",
