# The Infrastructure Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2016, Regulation 2: Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2016


Section 50 (onshore hydraulic fracturing: safeguards) of the Infrastructure Act 2015 comes into force on 6th April 2016, so far as it is not already in force.
