# The Infrastructure Act 2015 (Commencement No.1) Regulations 2015, Regulation 2: Provisions coming into force on 5th March 2015


The following provisions of the Infrastructure Act 2015 come into force on 5th March 2015—
(a) Part 1 (strategic highways companies) for remaining purposes,
(b) section 24 (native and non-native species etc) so far as it relates to England, and
(c) section 25 (Part 4: supplementary) so far as it relates to England.
