# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 112


(1) Section 98 (definitions) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (5), after “public expense”),” insert “ “highway authority”, ”.
(3) After subsection (5A) insert—
“(5B) Strategic highways company” means a company for the time being appointed under Part 1 of the Infrastructure Act 2015.”
