# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 16


(1) Section 23 (compensation in respect of certain works executed in pursuance of orders under section 14 or 18) is amended as follows.
(2) After the first “Minister,” insert “ a strategic highways company, ”.
(3) After the second “Minister,” insert “ the strategic highways company, ”.
