# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 27


(1) Section 93 (power to make orders as to reconstruction, improvement etc of privately maintainable bridges) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1) and (2), omit “local”, wherever occurring.
(3) Omit subsection (5).
