# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 34


(1) Section 106 (orders and schemes providing for construction of bridges over or tunnels under navigable waters) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a) after “local highway authority” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;
(b) after “the authority” insert “ or company ”.
(3) In subsection (6), omit “local”.
