# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 41


In section 154 (cutting or felling etc trees etc that overhang or are a danger to roads or paths), in subsection (1)(a)—
(a) after the first “Minister” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;
(b) for the second “Minister” substitute “ highway authority ”.
