# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 45


(1) Section 239 (acquisition of land for construction, improvement etc of highway: general powers) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), after “Minister” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”.
(3) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “Minister” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;
(b) after “his” insert “ or its ”.
