# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 6


(1) Section 5 (agreement for local highway authority to maintain and improve certain highways constructed or to be constructed by Minister) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)—
(a) after the first “Minister” insert “ or a strategic highways company ”;
(b) for “their” substitute “the local highway authority's”;
(c) after the second “Minister” insert “ or the company ”.
(3) In the heading, after “Minister” insert “ or strategic highways company ”.
