# Infrastructure Act 2015, Paragraph 15


(1) Section 16 (interpretation) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) omit the definitions of “the appropriate local land charges register” and “the registering authority”.
(3) In subsection (1A) for “otherwise than in documentary” substitute “ in electronic ”.
