  "text": "(1) Schedule 5 (transfer of responsibility for local land charges to Land Registry) has effect.\n(2) In that Schedule—\n(a) Part 1 amends the Local Land Charges Act 1975,\n(b) Part 2 amends the Land Registration Act 2002,\n(c) Part 3 amends other Acts, and\n(d) Part 4 contains transitional provision.",
