  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations amend the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009 to remove a requirement relating to the plans that must accompany an application for development consent under the Planning Act 2008. In particular, these Regulations remove the minimum scale requirement for plans that show offshore matters.\nAn impact assessment has been carried out and is annexed to the Explanatory Memorandum and is available alongside the instrument on the website www.legislation.gov.uk.",
