  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State must keep a written record of any advice given in accordance with section 51(1) (advice for potential applicants and others), including in particular—\n(a) who requested the advice;\n(b) the matter in respect of which advice was requested;\n(c) the relevant application; and\n(d) the date when the advice was given.\n(2) The Secretary of State must also maintain on a website that is accessible to the public, a record in respect of any advice given in accordance with section 51, which must include the same particulars as those required by paragraph (1).\n(3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(4) In this regulation “relevant application” means the application or proposed application in connection with which the Secretary of State has given advice in accordance with section 51(1).",
