# The Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2017, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in SI 2017/105 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 134(7), 232(3) and 235(1) of the Planning Act 2008, makes the following Regulations.
