  "text": "Any representation made in response to a notice under regulation 7(1) must be treated as a relevant representation if—\n(a) it relates to the proposed provision;\n(b) it complies with the regulation 4 of the Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties) Regulations 2010 as to the form and content of relevant representations;\n(c) it is received by the Secretary of State no later than the deadline specified in the notice under regulation 7(1); and\n(d) it does not contain—\n(i) material about compensation for compulsory acquisition of land;\n(ii) material about the merits of policy set out in a national policy statement; or\n(iii) material that is vexatious or frivolous.",
