  "heading": "Closed evidence not to be disclosed",
  "text": "(1) Nothing in these Regulations shall be taken to require or permit closed evidence to be disclosed to a person other than—\n(a) the Secretary of State;\n(b) any party; or\n(c) a person of any description specified in a direction under section 95A(2) of the Act.\n(2) In this Regulation—\n(a) “party” means—\n(b) the person making a request for a direction under section 95A(2) of the Act; or\n(c) any appointed representative appointed under section 95A(3) of the Act;\n(d) “appointed representative” means a person appointed under section 95A(3) of the Act.",
