# The Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010, Regulation 9: Certifying compliance with regulations 7 and 8 and notice of additional affected persons

Extent: E+W+S

Within the period of 10 working days immediately following the deadline set under regulation 7(2), the applicant must send to the Secretary of State—
(a) a notice in the form set out in Schedule 3 of the persons who the applicant, after making diligent inquiry, knows are interested in the additional land or any part of that land; and
(b) the certificate of compliance in the form set out in Schedule 4.
