# The Infrastructure Planning (Development Consent) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Infrastructure Planning (Development Consent) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 24th July 2026.
(3) Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.
