# The Infrastructure Planning (Electricity Storage Facilities) Order 2020, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Infrastructure Planning (Electricity Storage Facilities) Order 2020.
(2) This Order comes into force on the twenty-eighth day after the day on which it is made.
