# The Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2024, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into force on 30th April 2024.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
