# The Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) Rules 2010, Rule 11: Appointment of assessor

Extent: E+W+S

The Examining authority must notify all interested parties of the name of any assessor, appointed under section 100 (assessors), and of the particular matters on which the assessor is to assist the Examining authority.
