# The Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) Rules 2010, Rule 23: Allowing further time

Extent: E+W+S

The Secretary of State or the Examining authority may at any time and in any particular case allow further time for the taking of any step which must or may be taken by virtue of these Rules.
