# The Infrastructure Planning (Examination Procedure) Rules 2010, Paragraph 2: Acknowledgement of request for a direction

Extent: E+W+S

As soon as practicable after receiving a request for a direction the Secretary of State shall acknowledge receipt of the request in writing.
