# The Infrastructure Planning (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 2


In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “hearing” insert—
““the land” has the same meaning as in section 102(9);
“local authority” has the same meaning as in section 102(8).”.
