# The Infrastructure Planning (Fees) Regulations 2010, Regulation 10: Direction made under section 35

Extent: E+W+S

Regulations 5 and 6 shall not apply in relation to any application for consent or authorisation which is treated as an application for an order granting development consent pursuant to a direction made by the Secretary of State under section 35ZA(3)(a) (directions under section 35: procedural matters).
