  "text": "(1) The Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 28 (other planning approvals for projects), in paragraph (6) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) deciding an application for infrastructure consent under Part 5 of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024;”.",
