  "text": "(1) The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 60(3), for “development of national significance for the purposes of section 62D of the principal Act (development of national significance: applications to be made to Welsh Ministers)” substitute “a significant infrastructure project for the purposes of the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024”.",
