  "text": "In this Act, a “significant infrastructure project” means—\n(a) development specified in this Part as a significant infrastructure project;\n(b) development specified in a direction made by the Welsh Ministers under section 22 as a significant infrastructure project;\n(c) development specified in the National Development Framework for Wales under section 60(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5) as a significant infrastructure project.",
