  "text": "(1) Regulations may—\n(a) in relation to a notice given under section 33 or 34, or representations on an application given under section 34, make provision about—\n(i) the form and content of the notice or the representations;\n(ii) how the notice or the representations are given;\n(iii) the timescales for giving the notice and representations;\n(b) impose requirements on‍ a person or person of a description specified in the regulations to respond to a notice under section 34(2);\n(c) make provision about how a person may respond to publicity under section 34 and the timescales for responding;\n(d) make provision about the publication of representations received in response to notice and publicity under section 34.\n(2) Regulations under subsection (1) may confer a function, including a function involving the exercise of a discretion, on any person.",
