  "text": "(1) Section 45 applies to Crown land subject to subsections (2) and (3).\n(2) A person must not enter Crown land unless the person (“P”) has the permission of—\n(a) a person appearing to P to be entitled to give it, or\n(b) the appropriate Crown authority.\n(3) Subsections (2)(b), (3) and (4) of section 45 do not apply in relation to anything done by virtue of this section.",
