  "heading": "Compensation for compulsory acquisition",
  "text": "(1) This section applies in relation to an infrastructure consent order that includes provision authorising the compulsory acquisition of land.\n(2) The order may not include provision the effect of which is to modify the application of a compensation provision, except to the extent necessary to apply the provision to the compulsory acquisition of land authorised by the order.\n(3) The order may not include provision the effect of which is to exclude the application of a compensation provision.\n(4) A “compensation provision” is an enactment that relates to compensation for the compulsory acquisition of land.",
