  "text": "(1) This section applies for the purposes of sections 87 and 88.\n(2) “Decision document” means—\n(a) in the case of a grant of infrastructure consent, the infrastructure consent order;\n(b) in the case of a refusal of infrastructure consent, the notice of refusal given to the applicant.\n(3) “Error” includes omission.",
