# The Initial Sixth Form College Corporation Designation (England) Order 2010, Article 2: Designation


The bodies corporate of the institutions specified in the Schedule to this Order, being bodies corporate of the kinds specified in section 33A(2) of the Act, are designated as sixth form college corporations.
