# The Initial Sixth Form College Corporation Designation (England) Order 2010, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates certain corporations within the further education sector as sixth form college corporations.
The Order provides for the continuity of the body corporate and its instrument and articles of government.
