Article 5

Members of the inner London and City probation committee appointed in accordance with article 4 above shall hold office for the term of three years reckoned from 1st April immediately following their appointment.

A casual vacancy on the inner London and City probation committee shall be filled as soon as practicable by the same person or persons as appointed the previous member, and in the same manner as that member was appointed.

A person appointed to fill a casual vacancy shall hold office for the unexpired period of the term of office of the previous member.
