(1)

The secretary of the inner London and City probation committee shall be such person appointed by the committee as it thinks fit.

(2)

Where the exercise of the inner London and City probation committee’s functions concern the interests of the petty sessions area of the City of London, the secretary shall consult the clerk to the justices for the City of London.
