  "text": "In Article 16 of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (investigations and inquiries) the following words are omitted—\n(a) in paragraph (1), “the Department concerned or”;\n(b) in paragraph (2), “The Department concerned or”;\n(c) in paragraph (5), “the Department concerned or, as the case may be,” and “that Department or” (in both places);\n(d) in paragraph (6) “The Department concerned or, as the case may be,”;\n(e) in paragraph (6)(a), (b) and (c), “that Department or”.",
