# Inquiries Act 2005, Section 3: The inquiry panel


(1) An inquiry is to be undertaken either—
(a) by a chairman alone, or
(b) by a chairman with one or more other members.
(2) References in this Act to an inquiry panel are to the chairman and any other member or members.
