# The Inquiries and Coroners (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009


In paragraph 2(1)(b) of Schedule 5 to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (powers of coroners: power to require evidence to be given or produced), for “an EU obligation” substitute “a retained EU obligation”.
