Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Rules may be cited as the Inquiries (Scotland) Rules 2007 and come into force on 19th January 2008.

These Rules extend to Scotland and, insofar as they extend beyond Scotland, they do so only as a matter of Scots law.
