  "text": "Any requirement under these Rules that a document is to be given or sent, either to the inquiry or to any person, is satisfied by that document being–\n(a) delivered in person;\n(b) left at a designated postal address;\n(c) sent to a designated postal address by first class post;\n(d) faxed to a designated fax number; or\n(e) sent to a designated email address.",
