Article 11 Opening and closing statements

(1)

The recognised legal representative of a core participant may—

(a)

make an opening statement to the inquiry panel at the commencement of the first of any oral hearings, and

(b)

make a closing statement to the inquiry panel.

(2)

A core participant who does not have a recognised legal representative may make the opening and closing statements referred to in paragraph (1).
