Article 19 Relevant part of the United Kingdom for the purposes of assessment of an award

The chairman must specify whether the relevant part of the United Kingdom for the purposes of costs assessment is—

(a)

England and Wales;

(b)

Scotland; or

(c)

Northern Ireland,

as soon as reasonably practicable following the setting-up date.
