  "text": "INSIDER DEALING\nMade 14th June 1996\nComing into force 1st July 1996\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 64(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993;\nNow, therefore, the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 60(1), 62(1) and 64(3) of that Act and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—",
