  "text": "In section 11 of the Bills of Sale Act (1878) Amendment Act 1882 (local registration of bills of sale), for the words “the London bankruptcy district as defined by the Bankruptcy Act 1869” and the words “the said London bankruptcy district” there shall be substituted, in each case, the words “the London insolvency district”.",
