  "text": "In section 1(2) of the Recess Elections Act 1975 (which defines certain expressions used in that Act), in the definition of “certificate of vacancy” for the words from “the relevant bankruptcy enactment” to the end of paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the words “section 214(6)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1985”.",
